Please contact your Internet Service Provider first before a phone call to us.

1. Please save this phone number to your phone as Alarm Monitoring: 800-432-1429 so that you recognize when the calls are coming in.
2. The monitoring station will NOT leave a voicemail.
3. You can also call this number to make sure your call list is correct.
4. Remember that if you cancel the alarm before the 45-second delay it will not send a signal.
